About Paula Copenhaver
Paula Copenhaver is a lifelong Hoosier Republican who has spent her life fighting for rural communities and protecting the values that built this state. As Fountain County GOP Chairman, she has worked to elect strong conservative leaders while standing firmly against Indianapolis elites and weak establishment politics.
A mother of five and a member of Spirit of Life Ministries, Paula is running for State Senate to champion an unapologetic Indiana-First and America-First agenda and put the power back where it belongs - with Hoosier families.

Paula's Indiana First Agenda
Put Indiana and America First.
The State Senate failed to deliver for Indiana and America by supporting President Trump and rural Hoosier Republicans. It’s time to fix the broken system implemented by weak-kneed Republicans and put Indiana and America first. Paula will fight to ensure rural Republicans – not the political elite – are shaping Indiana’s future.
Cut Taxes & Protect Hoosier Families
Indiana families are being crushed by skyrocketing property taxes and government waste. Paula will work to slash burdensome taxes, rein in out-of-control spending, and make sure Hoosier families keep their hard earned dollars in their pocket. Your paycheck belongs to you, not the bureaucracy in Indianapolis.
Defend Our Constitution
Paula is a constitutional conservative who believes our state and nation thrive when leaders honor the founding principles of freedom, faith, and individual rights. She will stand firm against government overreach, protect the Second Amendment, and safeguard parental authority over schools and children. When the Constitution is under attack, Paula won’t back down.
Stop Democrats' Radical Agenda.
From New York, Illinois, to California, radical Democrats have imposed their extreme agendas on rural communities. Paula will lead the charge to stop green-energy schemes, funding to radical DEI initiatives, and Democrats’ socialist agenda. Paula will fight to defend America and keep our nation strong.
